In March 2022, I went to work at the Hella factory with the help of ArceMa Ukraine. It was my first trip to work, and everything was fine, thanks to the coordinated work of the ArceMa Ukraine team. I have good working conditions; accommodation is 2 persons in the room. The salary I have is equal to the declared one. I wanted to work for 3 months, but have been working for 8 months already:)
In general, I like everything in this work, and I am very grateful to ArceMa Ukraine.
